The buttons on my original fobs were worn and pushed in.The dealership wanted to charge me $160.00 for one and said it would take three hours to program and a additional $130.00 for labor. Ordered 2 new ones online, (OEM ) for far less what the dealership was going to charge me for one. Went to Automobile Locksmith and had them both programmed within 20 minutes for $96.00.
I used yesterday. Service was great. The gentleman that helped me, his name Joe. Professional, courteous, fast, pleasant, polite. Made a stress situation a pleasant one. Highly recommend. My keys were locked in the car. Accidentally grabbed wrong keys. Very reasonable price. My vehicle is key start.
The 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. This company made a remote key for my car. The kefob looked used, I didn't notice until the unfriendly portly man left. Today I turned the ignition and the entire remote fell apart. I called to get a replacement the man that answered in broken English yelled at me then he placed an EXTREMELY ABRASIVE WOMAN on the phone who explained that no one in 35 years has ever had this problem and demanded that I repeat what happened 3 times.
After telling her that I would not continue to repeat the same thing over she informed me that I can make an appointment and bring the car. She is fully aware that I would either have to hire someone to make a key for this or have my car towed. As she was making an appointment very rudely I told her to get soft skills training. She informed me to go to social media. Because she wasn't fixing the key and hung up. I WILL START MY REPORT WITH MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COMPANY. But since I am an investigator I will reach out to EVERY entity required to be a locksmith in Texas.
Very quick service for a great price and done under 20 mins. Got both a key and remote programmed to my car at the time I needed!! Very thankful to Jo
Started my Monday morning off this week with locking my keys in my trunk…nice! I called Automobile Locksmith and they arrived within 15 minutes to save the day! They were friendly, efficient, professional and got the job done. What more can you ask for? I was completely satisfied! Thank you, Automobile Locksmith!
Automobile Locksmith was incredibly helpful as they repaired my key fobe quickly & efficiently. I would highly recommend using their services for all your automotive key related needs. Overall they were very friendly & I can rest easy knowing they took care of all my key related issues with ease.
After shopping around for key fobs and programming, I found them to be most affordable. On top of that, they were very responsive and kind. They finished within minutes of arriving. Highly recommend! Thank you! :)
I recently needed to rekey and reprogram my car remote due to a stolen key. Initially, I was assisted by Nasser who was helpful in the rekeying process. However, I soon realized that my remote had some inconsistencies; it wouldn’t work the first time in the mornings and the panic button was non-functional.
Concerned, I reached out and a lady on the phone made an appointment for me. She assured me that they would reprogram the key if necessary. With that reassurance, I went in for the subsequent appointment to address these issues. Unfortunately, the experience this time was notably different. A younger staff member, likely Khaled, spent less than 30 seconds examining the situation and ultimately expressed that there was nothing that could be done. I felt his demeanor was unprofessional, bordering on rude, and it seemed as if he was telling me to "move on" in a rather dismissive manner. This was particularly disappointing given the fact that I had spent $275 for a manual key, expecting the remote functionality to be in proper working condition, especially after the assurance I received over the phone.
Customer service is paramount, and while I appreciated Nasser's initial help and the lady's assurance on the phone, the follow-up experience with the younger staff member has left me wary. His approach needs a review, as it's important to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. I was considering further business, such as procuring an additional key, but this experience has dissuaded me. If you are dissatisfied with your job, refrain from offering it to the customer.
